WHO I AM

I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Management and Organizational Development Group at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University.

I am interested in how individuals connect to their work and to each other, especially in disruptive times.
I conduct research across a variety of contexts, especially in “elite” professions and organizations (e.g., antiterrorist unit, SWAT Teams, luxury hotel concierges).

WHAT I DO

research-illustration.png

My work primarily draws from theories of relationships, identity and emotions. I am interested in phenomena that involve cross-level questions - for example how collectives may influence individual processes.

My teaching philosophy is based on providing students with experiential learning opportunities in a safe and inclusive environment (both in an in-person and/or a virtual setting).
