WHO I AM

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Management & Organization Group at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College.

I am interested in unraveling how individuals forge meaningful connections to their work and to each other, amidst disruptions. With a focus on elite domains like antiterrorist units, SWAT teams, and luxury hotels, my field work delves into the intricate fabric of work and interpersonal dynamics.

WHAT I DO

My work primarily draws from theories of relationships, identity and emotions. I am interested in phenomena that involve cross-level questions - for example how collectives may influence individual processes.

My teaching philosophy is based on providing students with experiential learning opportunities in a safe and inclusive environment (both in an in-person and/or a virtual setting).
